Steps:

Visit SatNOGS DB
On the side menu, click on All Suggestions
At the top of the page, make sure that Satellites option is selected (blue-highlighted) at the top of the page, if not click on it to display the Satellites panel
Satellite suggestions table should be visible
For a detailed view of a suggestion click on the right arrow of the Details column

On the suggestions table you can select the visible columns and filter suggestions by pre-existing options or with custom string

At the top of the page, if the satellite has suggestions then Suggestions option will be visible, click on it to display the Suggestions panel
Satellite suggestions table for the satellite should be visible if there are satellite suggestions
For a detailed view of a suggestion click on the right arrow of the Details column
